wild russet farm is a 20-acre regenerative produce farm in jeffersonville, new york producing a diverse array of high-quality vegetables, fruits and herbs, a blossoming flower program and raw wildflower honey. we grow all our products using sustainable practices with particular attention to the ecology of the land. our aim is to demonstrate a self-sustaining way of life - living in conjunction with nature - working to increase the biological diversity and the productivity of the land.
